Here are our horses that are available for adoption.  To us they are special horses.  Keep in mind these horses have been through a lot and need love, time and patience along with the necessary care involved.

Wise Equine Sanctuary of Texas
Maverick resident and Tucson yearlings Adopted
This little colt is about 9months old.  He is growing and doing better.  We would love to place him with his mother who is in the next picture.This mare was used as a brood mare.  She is currently pregnant and has a baby on her side.  She is healthy and would make a great lead mare for the pasture.   We would like to give her a home with her baby please.This mare is a sweet mare that need in pregnant and needs a great home with some pasture to go with it.This mare is pregnant and is in great shape.  She  has changed to a golden color now and  is a sweet brood mare.  This sweet little mare can be touched.  She has a sweet face and is smart.  We don't know her true age but she is pregnant and wants to be loved and cared for.  This skinny mare is still in need of gaining weight.  We are feeding her a high fat all natural food and she has a baby on her side.  She has gained some weight and we have wormed her and doing fine.  We would love to find her a home with her baby in the next photo.This little baby is a little spoiled.  I have not yet been able to touch her yet but she is coming around and getting more and more curious by the day.  She is about 4 to 6 months in age.This little smart gal is the brightest one of the bunch.  You can pet her and she comes right up.  She is about 1 1/2 years old.  This little gal can be touched and is a great pal to a few of the horses here in this group.  She is about 18 months old and is a sweet little mare.This 18 month old mare is smart and can be touched.  She has a little sas to her but she has personality.  This 18month old colt is smart and sweet.  He has some trust issues that he can overcome.  He wants to make the rules of being touched.  He is just a little timid but sweet.  He is growing taller day by day with good food.This little guy needs a good home there is no mother so we want to pair him off with his little buddy.  (The male in the previous picture)  He is sweet and can be petted he is growing and growing.  He is about 6 months in age.Diesel is the stallion and needs to be gelded.  He is 12 years old but trainable.  We have done some natural ground work with him and he is a text book example.  He is a thinker and a great horse even if he is older.  He does need to be the only male in the pasture.This little mare is coming around and is turning out to be a sweet little mare.  She is about 3 and 5 years old age.  She is loosing her hair but it is coming back to a golden color.  She will make a great pasture horse.  This 30 year old arab is a sweet heart of a horse.  She has been registered and does not act like she is that old.  She has been well cared for in the past and would like to find a forever home with her pal.  She comes right up to you.  We need to place her with the gal in the next picture.  She is a 20 year old mare with a lip tattoo.  We know she has raced but not her back ground.  She is recovering nicely from a abscess under her right front hoof.  She is used to being handled and has not problems with touching her feet.
